Thankful to be part of Taskus family. Being here for the past 5 years and still counting means I want to be part of it's success. However, there are feedbacks for the campaign which I do not know if TU can mediate or talk it out in behalf of the employees. Hoping for more benefits to come.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
Grateful to be part of TU since 2017. I would really say this company has been tested and challenged during the pandemic and they really did their best to keep everyone intact and safe.
What makes you most happy at work?
learning from day to day and mostly that having a work is a blessing from God and that makes me happy and thankful

If I am able to provide my best to assist and being recognized and feel valued and appreciate. To listen to my feedback see improvements and actions and to see tenured team mates that are still loyal and staying
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Taskus cares for people and has been hands on during the pandemic. Just hoping that the feedback we are providing can be translated to actions especially for campaigns that needs to hear our feedback for the benefit of the business and the people
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
a suggestion to have a review on skills allowance being given but only few remains as "generalists" but having same amount of allowance with those only trained to handle only 1 or 2 LOB which should be 3 (CS/RIDER/RESTARURANT) and if by chance to consider years of being with the company "perk"
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Skills allowance should be reviewed for multi skilled team mates against those who is earning the same amount but only trained to handle 1 or 2 LOBs. It would make me feel better if the skills allowance will be given if the TM is already handling 3 departments to have a fair job productivity
What are some of the best things about your team?
our team is mixed of WFH, part timers, with different schedules and cannot say we really a "team" as what a "team" should be. What I can say best is that everyone is dedicated and hard workers and it would be best if we all be on site as what other teams and for the TL as well
