Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Based on the talk of the town Gossip from the other BPO company, their Salaries were higher than ours, Non-voice/back office teammates.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work as a team, we help each other, we ask one another if there is a difficult contact that needs an immediate action
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It feels like we are a minimum wage earner, our salary does not supply the needs of our family, the deduction mandated by the government are getting higher and it leaves us every paydate with an emphty pocket.
