They are all fun to be with. We are each other's SME. We all look after one another. They all love food which is the best
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think the compensation is not competitive compared to other BPO companies. As of the moment the inflation rate is so high but the salary remains the same. I think it's best to increase the salary base as well on the cost of living nowadays.
