What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everybody is just respectful and friendly.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are working as a team and it's really visible that we help each other up.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think the compensation is not competitive compared to other BPO companies. As of the moment the inflation rate is so high but the salary remains the same. I think it's best to increase the salary base as well on the cost of living nowadays.
