Ridiculously amazing and challenging but stressful at times
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I am honored to be part of my company. They make sure that their employees are treated fairly. However, when it comes to the management, I am sad and disappointed.
What makes you most happy at work?
Interactions with friends even if its virtual.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leaders tend to ensure the safety of their employees.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Teamwork makes the dream work.

What are some of the best things about your team?
The best things I admire about my team are teamwork and camaraderie.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The current leadership team that I am on right now is not effective. I expect more from them.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
For me as a single parent, one of the positive culture and environment my company has is being a people first company.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Please don't get me wrong, I am blessed that I have work and I am paid. However, this will not suffice the workload that they (supervisor, manager) have given me/us.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The best thing about my team is my co-mates. Recently, I felt resigning or quitting work because of the management. Now, one of my reasons to work is to get to bond with my co teammates.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I've been working with TaskUs for almost 4 years and I still don't feel the raise in regards to pay. Though I've been passing my score card every month but in terms with the raise, still no changes.
