the fact that we are are a team and close but working from home.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
we work from home and help each other out. We are a divirse unit.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We do alot for the pay we get. It would help moral with we got a raise.
What makes you most happy at work?
making money and helping people. I want to this is a 50/50 for me. Its hard when all the TL's are not on the same page.
