Life here is like a rollercoaster due to the campaigns that I've been. I'm on my 3rd campaign/account, and it's about to sunset. So I'll be on my 4th soon. I worry not though because instead of terminating us, TU always find ways to help us find a new home. Salamat TaskUs for taking care of us!
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The leaders attitude; they don't know how to communicate with us.
What makes you most happy at work?
Free lunch and availability at the sleeping quarter. Wish we had SQs in every floor since most of the time, beds were occupied.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Because we're SMEs & we're given tasks that supposed to be for the TLs to do. We've done a lot of extra stuff & other things that are beyond the capability of a TM, but then we were treated & being told that we're still TMs. That we won't be given any extra allowance as SME because we're still TMs!?
