Being compensated well and hope our level/role is qualified for performance bonuses as well similar to other companies

I was given a good basic salary plus I appreciate the HMO coverage extended for 2 of my dependents. I just hope they can cover toddler schooling fees as well.
I hope that other recruiters doing same line of work with mine will be aligned in terms of compensation. In my case I am good with my current but I hope there is a increase with the percetange of the annual increase and performance bonus is a perk that could be added in the future
