It is an ideal work environment where the crab mentality is never allowed. Although it still needs more in be open to all, it's much better than the previous company I was in.

They don't have the seniority vibe and are approachable.

Free medical care insurance for all teammates even those which are only 3 weeks in.
What makes you most happy at work?
Just being able to work with a company that pays fairly well is enough for me to be happy.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Although it can't be helped that there are really toxic people, the company helps by being a bridge between two oppositions.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We do compete in a healthy manner where we try to one-up each other but at the same time we help out as much as we can.
