It's really great actually, especially working with your friends. Our only problem is the low salary. Yes you guys have " Human Project ", we need to think, give a lot of effort on it, defend it to the panels and wait if we are approve or not just for the 1% additional of our salary. YES 1%.

Everyone is very approachable regardless on what position they are.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Higher salary. All prices of foods, water, bills etc. is not like 2018

What makes you most happy at work?
Of course my friends but a higher salary is better. Salary of a teammate is way too low for this year, it's not 2018 - 2020 anymore
