They should have empathy and be sensitive to the agents situation.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would suggest to add some incentive that will boost the agents moral in surpassing their target in their metrics
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Sentinels are too selective on who they are going to check or not. Typically if they know the person they'll just ignore it but if you are not familiar then they're going to check you like you are a criminal.
