I like the fact my OM and TL has an understanding when I am out due to a health issue. My TL even go out of the way to help file my UL or PL so I can still get paid.

They have patience with me. So with their support I'm able to improve my stat.

The team treat you as a human being than just another employee and I really appreciate this factor.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Not being paid past your work hours. It's uncontrollable when you have a long call or you take a call right before you shift end. We are consider still working, so we should get paid for it.
