With the current situation right now in our LOB the TaskUs Culture is being implemented.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued by Senior Manager Judith, because I dont see her appreciating her people despite of all the efforts of the Teammates and the SMEs. I dont see her applying the TaskUs Core Values and she is bringing negativity at the office.
