It's been good cause it has helped me to grow in a personal and professional way. However sometimes it's unfair how if someone just doesn't like you that'll affect your work and how sometimes my good work is almost never recognized.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
With the world crisis and the COP (Colombian Peso) so devaluated, the money we earn it's not enough, we should be paid more.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
It could start by letting high management know that we're all people, we're all the same, and nobody should believe they're more valuable than the others
What makes you most happy at work?
The fact that I know what I have to do everyday without anyone telling me what I have to do and that I do it right
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A raise in the QA's salary would be the best thing right now. Cause people constantly believe that we are not as valuable as TL's, however we work just as hard as they do. I feel undervalued because after many attempts to trying to talk about a salary increase they always postpone it.
