The Leaders are great and they always make us feel that they're always there for us and they're willing to listen to us
What are some of the best things about your team?
The good thing about my team is they're the kind of guys who are fun to work with and I learned a lot from them as well
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It would be best if some of us will be working from home especially to those teammates who are far from the office because it's a hassle for us to travel 4 hours a day just to get here in the office without any compensation or transportation allowance.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
It's my 8th month in taskus and what I really love about the leaders here is they showed they're care and passion to each teammate that they have. It's really something special if you're leader is someone like that, it will motivate you to always perform better while having fun on what you are doing
