can't think of the best part as there's not much in the compensation package.

the feeling that everybody is accepted regardless of race, religion, body shape, inclination, culture, and age

They are inspiring to work with, because they are engaged and they put value in their work.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
to provide higher pay and to have additional health benefits like prescription glasses and vitamins and meds allowance

They are easy to approach, which means that we can easily tell them about things that matter to us, as an employee
