What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

My coworkers. However people that work from home seems to be relegated from the culture...

What are some of the best things about your team?

The majority is willing to help when needed. They are very humble and sapient about so many things.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Lack of process clarity. My two management levels aren't aware of all the processes. When I ask they tell me to ask other bids coworkers or to look over confluence and don't show interest on understand the issue.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

This Q they took out from us the study benefits and other things. We don't receive anything for our birthday, kids' day, or Christmas gift for our kids (I've worked on other companies that do things). And when they send us something to our home, I need to pay the shipment. Unbelievable.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

They need to get a better position over the process. They are relegated and we seem to be useless because we don't have access to client tool and management don't fight for it. They seem to be around without any goal and don't support analyst decisions or findings. Upper management us rude also
