fine i enjoyed working in task us in general it's just that the compensation is not enough

incentives or salary and maybe some interaction with the team

there is no growth percentage of opportunity to be promoted is low
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
unfair merit increase evaluation based on my performance the whole year and no incentives for good work
What do you like best about the leadership team?
doing their job in making sure that everyone is contributing well scorecard based and maybe a little bit when it comes to well being

I have been a performer that I haven't received an incentive at all salary isn't compensating the work load that we're doing were ofter being transferred from lob to lob
