The workmates and leads are very friendly. It's just the compensation and benefits that I am unsatisfied with.

The compensation does not compensate for the job that we are working and the return to the office setup will come soon, which means more expenses will come for us (like transportation expenses) even though the pay we get does not even get higher.

Work from home set up is convenient and we can focus more at work without risking our health.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Paid is not enough with the risk we are taking on working on site. There should be hazard pay or at least a transportation allowance.

The Leads are very good at managing and helping us teammates. However, I am a bit undervalued in our compensation and benefits as this does not really compensate well for our work.

The salary does not compensate for the job and the return to the office setup will come soon, which means more expenses will come for us (like transportation expenses) even though the pay we get does not even get higher. I hope that there will be a hazard pay or just extend the WFH setup.
