It has been a great pleasure. I am happy with I am doing and where I am right now but we have to take a look as to how are we when it comes to compensating people. We have to be competitive enough to mitigate attirition

I would recommend the Company however I will set expectations that the salary might not be the same as what they think.

Underpaid and no job security.

Probably the events we are having on a monthly basis

I guess the team that I have right now is open for feedback and they help each other at times that is needed

Besides getting paid, it is the people I work with. If it's not for them I probably get bored and ofcourse the job I am doing

Increase in salary. We heard that the other site that is just one ride away from where we at has more salary than us. We have the same workload and doing the same everyday hence we should have same compensation and benefits

Once our salary is the same as what the Manila is having. Our role and job description is not far from what they are doing, not far and not different. We have the same workload most of the time, we have more than what they do. So I think if we can be compensated from all the things we do.
