Most of my teammates are approachable and fun to work with. They are the only reason why I still choose to stay.D
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Since we are already skilled with different types of LOB, I think that should also be one of the reasons for us to get a pay raise. Also, the amount of years we have stayed with the company should also be one of the considerations they may look into for the additional salary.
