What is the best part about your compensation package?
It's increasing. It meets our needs.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Since we are a new team, it's not the team that I expect compared to my previous team. But all good. Different perspectives, different goals.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
It was fun. There's pressure but it's normal for this kind of job. We are working on this for us to be more comfortable and without competition. We make sure that we have the same goal for the team itself and not just for us to benefit.
What makes you most happy at work?
It makes me calm. Although I need to come to work early since my home is 2 hours travel to come here for me not to be late. And will be here like 1 and a half hour before my shift. But its okay for me since I love my job.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
For me as an introvert and afraid of socializing, It was fun. I'm not able to feel the same with the different company I've worked for too. And I feel more myself cause finally I can say that I'm here to my dream company. And the best thing is they care with your mental health.
