Management is sensitive with our issue. Always concern about us, physically and mentally.

Very supportive team leaders. Always there to support everyone in every manner they can.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Medical is awesome. Much better than many company in Malaysia. Salary is relatively higher than many too.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We did more than many, but salary was not reviewed. OM always keep an eye close and ask us bear with him, then no action taken.
