It pays well and ill get a raise eventually after I get more certificates

I personally do not like loud environment and it seems the workplace is quiet and everyone is respectful of each other
What makes you most happy at work?
For me it would be learning new tools and also the proper way to utilize my software for daily tasks is exciting.
