The leadership team does not lead, they demand and they don't respect us as employees, and it trickles down to the employees disrespecting each other.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Many co-workers treat the workplace as a playground, not listening or respecting their leaders because our leaders don't act as such. There is no respect for boundaries.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The leadership team needs to improve their report with employees, we feel like we are not being listened to and are treated as replaceable machines rather than people
