I am happy with my team. We cooperate in achieving our goal and we helped each other a lot.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I understand during hiring process that the compensation was discussed and yes I agree to it but since the inflation is rising the salary is not enough anymore to live a comfortable life and after regularization we expect atleast an increase on salary.
