Our company is considerate of its teammates and gives its employees the benefit of the doubt.
What makes you most happy at work?
Food around the office is cheap, and our company also provides wellness sessions and some perks.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The salary is not reasonably competitive compared to other BPO centers, but we are treated well and have an excellent working ambiance. Moreover, our site is closer to my home, so I'm still here with TaskUs.
