fun at times but I see a lot of favoritism and politics around me and that ruins everything.

too much politics and favoritism

stop the politics and ensure that the employees are heard. stop the favoritism.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
they need to be seen more and must have no favorites. I also see a lot politics.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
at least have BIO breaks and not force us to work and put the MM on hold just to go to the bathroom. The pay is low and the benefits are almost non existent
