we interact and communicate and try to work things as best as we can
What do you like best about the leadership team?
my TL is exemptional and the best that i have ever worked with. the issues is that the higher management seems not to see other teams and TMs.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
pay is not as up to par. considering that we are tenured agents. electricity and ISP allocation is not even provided. i know that we have agreed on these but the company should at least provide some other compensation for it
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Could not say anything on the culture as we have not yet experienced the office culture. but if it is just me and now... OA. a lot of un-necessary things like too much tests and little engagements for TMs. all they as is recruit, recruit... that is not good at some point
