There's never a day that we don't laugh. Someone or something will trigger it, eventually.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
For the leaders I've worked with, they inspire their people by staying positive and filter out stress and negativity.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
TU provides employees with clear expectations for advancement and the tools and training needed for success. The perks program and social calendar also count.
What makes you most happy at work?
I make it a point to laugh every single day. The bantering and goofing around with my teammates are always something to look forward to everyday.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It's not that I feel undervalued. I really enjoy and love working here. If only we could have a little raise in the salary, that would be so awesome.
