I am almost 3 months in TaskUS and i am very happy about it. The teamleader and my teamades are fantastic. Every time they are there to help.

Until now everything works very good except the part that i referred a friend to the company and you delay their start for 5 months now .

At the begging everything was very good. After that i got informed that we cannot have a financial raise because we are all the same. This is s problem because i am not motivated to do better and improve my job.

Yes, because we dont have the motivation to do better our job. I was told that we cannot take any wage increase because we are all ''the same''
