They can be felt all around. They check on us and look after our well being.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
a raise would be better, i know they don't offer competitive package unlike the other BPOs but hey provide yearly assessment
What makes you most happy at work?
That I am able to address concerns of my team, most especially when I make them happy or if their issue has been resolved.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Increase based on performance, so far the last increase was not even felt but helpful. I am grateful but I believe we can do better.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Pprioritizes teamwork, communication and interaction among coworkers. These factors all can improve how well a team collaborates on projects because team members may feel more comfortable and willing to ask for help.
