Interacting with my teammates is something I look forward to everyday

What are some of the best things about your team?

They are always there to support me. They are transparent. There is senses of urgency.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Mental health is very important. Management makes sure we are doing alright. Management never let us feel the pressure.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

If we can have a better support, if we can identify the challenges, we will be able to better perform. Hoping with better performance, it will be a better relationship with the client. Getting more accounts means better opportunities.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

My TL is good with deliverables. As a support, he seem to lack the sense of urgency. During coaching, it should be 70-30 so that he can identify the root cause so we can create an action plan to address my challenges, however, it's already pre-made. I would appreciate if he would improve on that.
