They have games at the lunch rooms but some times those lunch rooms get taken over by corporate and we can use anything in there.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
they break us in to teams which create a competitive and toxic environment which at the end instead of we all helping each other it creates the opposite
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Mature, most of the leadership acts very childish and vindictive. They tent to retaliate and most of them have not previous job experience because this place runs on who you know and not on what you know.
