The company itself is nice, the values and the culture it is trying to implement. However, I feel that some leaders or managers still lack some training on handling people. But overall, a very great company to work with.

What makes you most happy at work?
My team leader, my workmates and the work life balance
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
All is well with my co workers. It is just, some of them sometimes cross the line between being funny and being rude.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As a permanent work from home team mate. I think it would just be fair, if we have an internet allowance, since it is also required to have a stable wired internet connection and a backup to fit for this role.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The culture and transparency of the leadership team is remarkable. However, there are instances where some of the managers seems not to be practicing professionalism and reacts based on their emotions. I hope that TaskUs's values and cultures will still be observed and the policies implemented.
