They motivate a team to give their best effort and work toward achieving objectives. They can do this through forming connections, being driven by their objectives, and influencing others. by encouraging others to develop and succeed in a new role.

Positive company culture is an attitude and environment within an organization that cultivates collaboration, productivity and satisfaction among its employees. In this type of environment, managers trust their employees to produce quality work and make good decisions without constant oversight
