We just had a salary increase and the leave policy is awesome

I'm not sure what is the best since these past months I don't have a permanent TL

Work hard, have fun. Engagement team is providing activities that will ensure that teammates are still having fun while working.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Since we are already working on site best thing about it is that we were able to engage and interact with them. If help is needed, we are being assisted right away by the team or leaders
