My IMMEDIATE Supervisor is Very Respectful and Super Easy to talk to. He makes me laugh also.

MY SUPERVISOR, MY TEAM MAATE & THE FACT THAT I HAVE A JOB THAT ALLOWS ME TO WFH

My team always encourages me and are fun to work with and always willing to assist me if I need assistance.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My Immediate supervisor LIDIA PINALES ALWAYS TAKES THE TIME TO MENTOR ME, ENCOURAGE, INSTRUCT & TRAIN ME AND HAS MY BEST INTEREST.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel EXTREMELY UNDERVALUED. For ALL THE CHANGES & HEAD ACHES I FEEL AT LEAST 3 MORE DOLLARS WOULD MAKE ME FEEL BETTER about my compensation.
What makes you most happy at work?
THE Work from home advantage. I am so afraid of the C19 issue that people in the public has carelessly conveniently dismissed that it is REAL and still contagious.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My Supervisor is very nice and understanding and easy to talk to. He makes me laugh. Laughter is good for the soul and it breaks up the monotony of working and dealing with ALL THE CHANGES.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive thing is that the company various types of zoom calls in reference to improving mental wellness, exercise and other topics for employees, and the consistent learning materials in order to improve our knowledge of our jobs.
