What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There's daycare available for employees. As well as LGBTQ+ friendly.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They try their best to address any issues that we'll brought up to them.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to bring my child with me. She gets to learn new things everyday, too.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are amazingggggggggggggg. I so love working with all of them! Even facilities, teachers from daycare, from the pantry.. sentinels.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Allowance. The basic, it's saddening as the ceiling is just 22k. Considering the Philippines' inflation rate, it's hard to live comfortably.
