in the beginning it was the best job I ever had, but as of lately with all the changes it has become far from it, it has gotten to the point where I am unable to take a day off if I am unable to find someone to cover for me, this is due to us being understaffed I feel

we all fit together even though we have different personalities we mesh will
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Very much and I feel that all TL's should be paid more, I have seen numerous jobs where team mates are making more then us a supervisors now
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
the outlook seems to be like get with it or move over, I feel like the moral is slipping and it seems like there is no end to it, we can improve moral by listening to what team mates are saying, adjust pay(pay is the driving factor for TL's), we can also start to try and make work fun again
