I have had a blast working here. I have worked other jobs in retail and call center work, and this is honestly the best job i have had since i was in the military.
What are some of the best things about your team?
actually making work friends that i would enjoy spending time with outside of work.
What makes you most happy at work?
My coworkers. The job itself is wonderful but the coworkers there add a whole other level.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They genuinely seem to care about the employees and work with us on any issues, personal or professional, we may have that will impact our ability to work properly.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
being able to interact with coworkers throughout the shift and in downtimes without getting in trouble. also being able to interact with management on a more personal level as well without detracting from the professional relationship.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
for a single person, my medical/dental and all of that is really inexpensive per paycheck but provide quite a bit of coverage for the price. so a real bang for your buck deal which is truly wonderful as medical/dental is usually too expensive.
