What I like about the leadership team most, especially my Team Lead, is that she cares for us.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Most team leaders are people first and truly understand their agents which gives a positive vibe to the company.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued since we need fair compensation depending on how our experience and LOB is handled. We handle different LOBs but we do not have increase or ay allowances.
