I believe we need more benefits/allowance rather than compensation

Compensation, benefits like HMO. let's go back to the previous HMO also compensation is a little lower than other bpo companies
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation is a little fine but the new hmo is not okay. It's like they change it to spend lesser than usual. the new hmo is worst.
