Leadership Team molds us to be what we wanted to be. They help us in such a way that we can improve ourselves personally and professionally. They are here to guide us and to make sure that we are on the right way.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I just want to align the salary that I have from my previous job from the other company. Though I started out as agent, my previous job post wasn't renowned. It's saddened to know that I accepted the entry level even if I have done much from previous job, and it wasn't being distinguished/recognized
