I think I can still say that they are approachable.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
GIven the inflation we are all going through. The annual raise is not enough.

SALARY IS NO LONGER COMPETETIVE. I've noticed that people who does not deserve to be saved are being saved this then puts a negative impression on the leadership from us who comes in and do our duties as employees.
