Taskus as a company is great but I just have comments on the account itself, they do not provide salary increase even after they up-skilled me for multiple LOBs handling both phones and emails.

They help me whenever I struggle with my task and I cannot understand some of the processes. We are friends inside and outside of work.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
No salary increase even though I have been with the company for almost 2 years and they have trained me for different LOBs and handling multiple channels.
