What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am not yet sure of the package but I am looking forward to be tenured in 6 months.
What makes you most happy at work?
the pay makes me happy. the effort of the people around you to help makes me happy. the happy hour is appreciated.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
there is a monthly happy hour so I appreciate it, pets and children are allowed so that is something new in my work.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I admire people who has worked in the BPO call center industry for almost a decade and shows how professional they are and we need people with a heart. The support is always there especially the occasional huddle, coaching and team meetings.
