Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I am happy with task us. But sometimes we were required to participate in engagements even not it's not required. Our team lead forcing us to participate in monthly engagements which we were not happy about. Because it is more fun if you're willing to do it and not forcing it.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I am happy to work comfortably at home.
What makes you most happy at work?
The payday and my friends.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They were helping us to our scores through weekly coaching.

The team work of our team and we are helping each other.

I am fairly paid if I am not required to participate in monthly engagement.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Our allowances, because we have a lot of allowances to fill in with our basic pay.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our team leader is the best. She cares about us not just in our work but outside work as well.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our site in Anonas QC Chateau Ridiculous is very nice and cozy, wherein employees can relax for the mean time or if we have free time.
