What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Since Im in a non voice account the stress level is so low that even Im working i dont feel pressured and more of like doing something that I love
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We have incentives and It was not explain that well even though with passing remarks or teammates deserve to have incentives but they cant provide explanations on how those work and why we are not receiving any
