I'm just thank you that I have a job but I'm not happy with the compensation/salary.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Most positive is the workplace environment as TaskUs have a nice production floor.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Team building is needed so team member become comfortable working with each other.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Provide transparency Be considerate on employees wellness. A happy employee is an effective and a hardworking employee
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Compensation is too low. In our basic salary, 30% goes to transportation and food, then the rest will go on our monthly bills and other expenses which is not enough with the current situation of the economy and inflation.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The basic salary is so small compare to task that being done by employees. For example, we are being paid for 14000 for multiple roles as a chat support, email support, and content moderation. While on other companies offers better compensation for just 1 customer support role alone.
